  • 30 ml carrier oil like Almond

How to Use: Blend into 30ml of carrier oil and use in the bath or for spot massage application only.


Day & Night Sweat Blend

  • 10 drops Grapefruit essential oil
  • 10 drops Lime essential oil
  • 5 drops Sage essential oil
  • 5 drops Thyme essential oil
  • 30 ml carrier oil like Almond

How to Use:  Add to 30ml of carrier oil and use in your daily bath or for spot massage application only.


Cooling Face & Body Mist for Hot Flashes and Night Sweats

  • 1 cup of distilled water
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel
  • 5 drops peppermint
  • 5 drops lavender
  • 8 oz amber glass spray bottle

How to Use:  Add the ingredients into the glass spray bottle and shake well to combine.  Spritz on your face, neck, back of neck and other places to cool down your body.


Menopause Support Blend

  • 10 drops rose
  • 10 drops clary sage
  • 5 drops sandalwood
  • 5 drops bergamot
  • 5 drops ylang-ylang
  • 5 drops geranium
  • ± 10 ml carrier oil like Almond or Jojoba
  • 10 ml roller bottle

How to Use: Add the essential oils drop by drop to the roller bottle, after removing the roller ball.  Top with carrier oil and swirl gently to combine.  Apply to feet, ankles lower abdomen and inner wrists once a day.


Diffuser Blend for Irritability, Anger & Depression

  • 2 drops lavender
  • 2 drops frankincense
  • 2 drops neroli
  • 1 drop lemon
  • Non – plastic cold air diffuser

How to Use:  Add oils to diffuser, following manufacturer’s instructions.
